General Policies

SESSION FEES:
Your session fee is due at the time of booking your session.  I want everyone to receive their desired time slot therefore paying your session fee at the time of booking will allow you to do that.  This will secure your time and date otherwise if another customer is interested in that time and pays first then you will have to select another time frame.   Once your session fee is paid then your time and date will be reserved on my calendar.   Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Session fees are non-refundable.

Session fees do not include any products or digitals those are to be purchased seperately.  

PRODUCTS:
After the session we will set a date for your in-person ordering appointment.  There I will help you decide choose the size and materials of your final art.  You won't be left wondering what to do with the images, or where to print them.  I'm here to assist you through the process of having beautiful art printed on high quality archival materials that are only acessible through professional labs.


CANCELLATION:
I understand that emergencies happen so if you must cancel your session I just ask that you let me know as soon as possible (I prefer no later than 48 hrs. prior) so that I can reschedule your session date and allow that time for another client.  I will gladly reschedule your session for another day due to extreme weather conditons such as raining or flooding.

APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE:
Timeliness : Please arrive to your appointment on time, dressed and ready to begin. There is a window of time allotted for your photo session that begins at your specified time so additional time for preparation will reduce the time that I can spend taking photos.  If you are more than 30 minutes late (without prior approval or contacting me) then your session is subject to cancellation and can result in a forfeiture of your session fee. 

Additional People :  I want for you to have an enjoyable, productive, and distraction free session therefore the session is limited to those being photographed.  No more than 1 additional person will be allowed at the photo session.  Having too many people present can be distracting to both the photographer and those being photographed.  

Cameras/Phones :  You nor anyone who comes with you to your session is allowed to take any pictures with your phone or camera.  Photo copying or taking a picture is disrespectful to the photographers talents and skills.

ORDERING APPOINTMENT:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your photos to be available for viewing.  Viewing of your session will be held at an ordering appointment that will take place at my Sugar Land studio.  Please be prepared to pay for whatever items you would like at this appointment because products will not be ordered and digitals will not be released without full payment.
